How we use your information
We use your details only for what you gave them for, based on your consent: to send you updates if you join our mailing list, to arrange and prepare for a 1:1 if you sign up for one, and to reply if you message us.
Who we share it with
Our form, website, and email providers (Airtable, Framer, Cloudflare, and Google) hold or pass on your information, and some of them are in the US. Transfers outside the UK are covered by UK adequacy regulations or by standard data protection clauses, which you can ask us to send you.
How long we keep it
We keep mailing-list details until you leave the list, 1:1 sign-ups for 12 months, and messages for as long as we need to reply.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your information, restrict how we use it, or give it to you in a reusable format.
You can withdraw your consent or stop receiving our updates at any time by emailing us.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to us or to the Information Commissioner’s Office at https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/.
